Before you create your store.

Is Festy only for restaurants?

No. The first published businesses are restaurants, and the platform is open to shops, bakeries, flower shops, pet shops and any other business that sells products with a price and delivers to homes.

How do I create my store?

Go to negocios.festyapp.co and press "Register new business". We ask for the business name, the main contact, a mobile phone, an email and a password, plus the type of account and the bank certification where you will receive payments. You can upload your menu or catalog then or later.

What do I need for the AI store?

Photos or the PDF of your menu, catalog or price list, with prices visible. If you also have photos of your products, they are assigned to each one when they clearly match. We accept JPG, PNG, WebP and PDF.

How do I share my catalog?

Your store has its own link that you can send on WhatsApp or post on social media. Every product also has its own link.

How do I know an order arrived?

The order appears instantly on the Festy board with a sound alert, and the order arrives by email with products, total, payment method and delivery address. The bot on WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram goes live once the Meta accounts are connected.

How do my customers pay?

In cash on delivery, by bank transfer, or online with card, PSE or Nequi through Wompi. Festy handles the collection and pays your business through a statement of your orders.

Does the customer have to install an app?

No. The store works in the browser on a phone or computer.
